How It Works

It starts with the question, not the destination.

Every Ristare experience begins with what you're navigating. From there, coaching, place, reflection, and experience are intentionally designed around what you need space to explore.

The practical flow

Designed around what you need.

  1. Begin with a conversationStart with a complimentary Clarity Call to talk about what's bringing you here and whether Ristare is the right fit.
  2. NoticeThrough your early coaching conversations, we'll begin noticing what sits beneath the question — patterns, assumptions, tensions, possibilities, and what may be asking for your attention.
  3. UnderstandNicole learns what helps you think, restores your attention, and creates space for you.
  4. DesignThe change of place and experience are intentionally designed around the question — not the other way around.
  5. ExperienceStep away from the everyday and give yourself room to notice, reflect, explore, and experience a different environment.
  6. Reflect + integratePost-trip coaching helps translate useful insights into priorities, decisions, or next steps.

Experience and reflection

Space to notice what emerges.

A different environment can interrupt familiar patterns and make room for the reflection that is difficult to access at a desk.

A collaborative experience

Designed around you. Shaped with you.

Ristare begins with what you're navigating — not a predetermined itinerary or formula. I bring coaching, thoughtful questions, and intentional experience design; you bring the question, your perspective, and a willingness to explore. What we create together takes shape around what helps you step away, notice differently, and make room for what comes next.

Three ways to experience Ristare

How much space do you need?

Pause includes one 60-minute pre-trip and one 60-minute post-trip coaching conversation. Escape, the signature experience, includes two 60-minute pre-trip and 2–3 60-minute post-trip coaching conversations. Immersione includes a customized coaching plan based on your needs, with pre- and post-trip coaching.
